Customer service was great, received a replacement item in a timely matter as well. Love the new device.Love the concept and the shape and size—I’m a little disappointed because I had waited for this a bit longer than other Amazon purchases and upon arrival it’s pretty clear that something about the casing is off. The siding is bloated and squishing away from the rest of the device. I’m going to reach out to the company, and I will update my review with photos if they get back to me.
