Like several other reviewers, I was very happy with this product when I bought it in July 2023. I only used it a few times and now, less than a year later, it won't hold a charge. The return window was one month and support window was 3 months, so I am out of luck. I hope others learn from my mistake and select another product.UPDATE: After many messages and a couple months, I was finally given a refund. I do find in curious that they are still actively selling this product when they didn't have a reliable product they could send me as a replacement. Buyer beware.
