I use this headset for work. Sound quality is excellent, noise cancelling is good, volume control is fantastic and I love the microphone mute button. I had a wireless set before but always had issues with sound and volume, had difficulty hearing clients, but since I've gotten this headset, I am a happy camper and my work calls are so much easier to make.
