In order to install the scanner, you have to download a bunch of software, but the website will not allow you to download anything until you take the time to create an account and register your device! Then, you download, launch the installer and proceed to install drivers, and software and all sorts of things with ZERO guidance from the included (very limited) documentation. Then, after spending the better part of 2 hours installing everything and registering and jumping through dozens of hoops, the POS doesn't work! It won't scan, it won't even show up as if the thing is still not installed properly. Avoid at all costs!!!!
