I ordered this item to connect an Insignia 24" 1080p monitor to a new mini PC. My monitor is rather old and only has VGA and DVI ports, while the mini PC has neither. I was clearly in need of some sort of adapter and this cable fit the bill perfectly. The cable is fairly long (in fact, longer than I needed) and seems to be well made (it is also thinner than my older DVI cable). Both the USB Type C and the DVI-D connectors seems to be fine and the cable works as expected (flawlessly). My tests of streaming 1080p videos went well so far and I am very pleased with the image quality. Overall, a nice cable.
