I thought everyone was being silly but there really is a noticeable smell coming from the cable. It smells like...spray paint? It doesn't bother me but if you are sensitive to smells you might want to avoid. Other than that it is a solid product. You can tell it is well made, sturdy and I have encountered no issues.Charges fine, feels sturdy enough but definitely NOT 3FT ?? The original Apple cable is starting to discolor near the plug where it has gotten flexed too much. This cable works great -- it actually holds in the laptop's socket better than the OEM cable does, so I don't accidentally start discharging my computer when the cable works loose.but it worksLet me preface this by saying the cable is absolutely fine - data transfer as well as charging works without a problem.However, my entire office now is filled with a strong smell of cheap rubber and chemical smoke. The odour has not gone away at all after 12 hours of sitting on the table. I don't know what materials were used to make this thing but I've never had another cable (or anything else, really) smell like this, it's absolutely awful. There are plenty other cable brands out there that will deliver the same thing for a similar price without knocking you out with chemicals.I initially thought these were pretty expensive for a couple of cables, but they’re actually really thick well made cables. Worth the money I think. My BMW has 2 rear seat usb c ports, so these are ideal for the kids when travelling in the back. Being a good length, and durable is a must - these do the job perfectly.Excellent buy.Vorweg: ich habe die Kabel noch nicht ausprobiert sondern nur soeben ausgepackt.Und da schlug mir schon der extrem unangenehme Geruch nach "Chemie" entgegen, ich vermute mal halogenierte Kohlenwasserstoffe. Die Kabel wandern jetzt für ein paar Tage in den Keller, wenn sie dann immer noch so stinken gehen sie zurück.UPDATE: Ich habe eine Ersatzlieferung erhalten, allerdings ebenfalls mit dem gleichen Makel: es stinkt einfach nur nach Chemie. In einem ungelüfteten Raum darf so ein Kabel IMHO nicht verwendet werden.Daher setze ich meine ursprüngliche Bewertung mit 2* runter auf einen und hätte eine Null-Sterne-Bewertung verdient.Il cavo e molto spesso e purtoppo non entra nell alloggiamemto type c della cover del cellulare, ma essendo molto spesso e solido e inoltre avendo anche il type c 3.1 permette un ottima velocita di trasferimento dati e ricarica...come al solito i prodotto amazon sono ottimi e veloci nell essere consegnati...mi riservo di giudicarlo col tempo...magari dopo qualche mese per vederne la funzionalita,perche purtoppo questa tipologia di cavetti si rompe facilmemte quando sottoposta a usura e piegamenti, ma questo lo vedo molto spesso e solido...
