For some reason, the cord that came with the unit would not stay in the unit when I wanted to charge it. It just kept falling out, so I asked somebody at SOLIS if they could send me a link on Amazon for the cord that I could replace the other cord with. RE SOLIS, I was a little bit upset that they didn't give me a new cord, since the one they sent me was obviously damaged, but she did send me the link, I bought it, (this one), and it works perfectly now.
