I don't know why USB cables cost so much lately. I see them here for $30 and up, which is ridiculous. So paying $15 for this one wasn't so bad, even though it is higher than it should be. Anyway, the cable performs as advertised. I get about 1,000MB/s sequential transfer speeds with this cable on a USB3.1 Gen2 port with an older TDBT M.2 NVMe SSD Enclosure and a cheap ADATA XPG SX8200 Pro 1TB 3D NAND NVMe SSD. If I move the same setup to a USB3.1 Gen1 port, the speeds drop in half, which is expected. The bottle-neck is the controller in the NVME enclosure. The SSD itself is capable of about 3,000MB/s. All in all, this cable is a good deal and does what it says it will do. I did not test it's power delivery capabilities, as that's not what I bought it for.Phew!!!!! I am working at a remote clinic location (since Covid) off my lap top and bring my portable ASUS monitor with me every day so I can work on reports and spreadsheets that I need to look at the other screen for. It has been a life saver but all of a sudden it just stopped working and panic set it. I called in IT and everything. I saw a post somewhere else and it got me to thinking...what if it was the cable? After all I was plugging and unplugging it every day for almost two years now. I thought, for the price, it was with a shot to check. Just got this cable plugged it in, and hallelujah!! I have two monitors again!!! (Who knew how much of a difference multiple screens could make!!!) Thank you ❤️Purchased to use with Gigabyte M27Q monitor for DP alt mode. Tested to work with Chromebook and Galaxy S20, and charges my phone. Cable and connectors seem sturdy, definitely worth picking up.The speeds are insane when you use it with Rog Asus ssd enclosure. It supports multiple downloads from the internet with over 1 gbps in total. I am very glad with the purchase.Possible suggestion would be to imporve the durability of the cable.Had problems in the past transferring information including apps and the contact list, but this cable stopped all of the problems of the past with changing phones. Extremely happy to find put this cable existed.Works as intended. I bought an enclosure for my SSD (850 evo) that used a USB-C 3 connection (one end like this, other end USB 3. Both are classed as USB-C in terms of performance and from what I researched have the same speeds via this cable or that one). However, I wanted one with both ends like this since my laptop has limited USB connections. The enclosure model I'm using specifically is the Orico 2.5" USB-C (bought from here too) and I had to buy this cable separately but they said it would work. I'm satisfied with its performance, length, and quality. I didn't run benchmarks but the applications I used via desktop are loading as noticeably quickly on my laptop now.For video displays they have a more expensive model. I don't have a thunderbolt display though so that's not something I can comment on. Also impressed by their customer service over a product (cables) that you wouldn't think have any major support. They do take it seriously, answer questions, follow up with purchase thank you emails, etc. which is why I'm glad I paid more for theirs over say a competitor that owns a whole site we all know about *cough cough*. Reviews speak for themselves.I use this to not only power my laptop but for connect6 to the KVM of my monitor. This allows me to use my monitor, webcam and microphone with 2 laptop.Purchased usbC-2-usbC cable to output nintendo Switch to televison. Works as intended.packaging is potentially wasteful and unclear for the consumer. Cable is transported in a high-quality plastic, poly zip bag, but above the zipper folded along the top is a functionally useless piece of some unidentifiable, heavy-type paper which is GLUED to the plastic. Separating the two materials is a struggle and if accomplished cleanly, can we even group whichever paper-product we have with conventional cardboard? There are no markings.Works exactly as described. Sturdy and worked well on my QHD ultrawide monitor with full resolution. Highly recommend.Bought this and three other USB-C cables to test out with my portable USB-C Monitor as all the ones at my house didn't work...This one is great! Works to provide power as well as HD Video on a single USB-C cable via Thunderbolt/USB-C DP Alt Mode for my Laptop (Dell XPS 13" and Portable Monitor (Asus ASUS ZenScreen MB16ACE). If it works for that, it'll work for pretty much anything (don't hold me accountable ifffff there is a situation it doesn't work, like trying to jerry-rig a harness to lift someone up the side of a cliff in an emergency situation and the cable fails!)... There are some decent ones out there that don't have it, but there is also a lot of shoddy cables out there too. Con mis viejos cables USB-C no hay problema, no hay duda que es el cable.Las especificaciones alucinantes y el precio tan reducido de este producto me tenían que haber hecho sospechar. A pesar del gran número de reviews positivas, esto parece un timo de los que tristemente tanto abundan en Amazon.
