The Rovyvon S3Ti was purchased to replace my lost S3. I have read many comments about its "quirky" functionality and lack of a lockout feature. Both of which I do not agree with. I did not see a lockout feature in the User Instruction paper, but if you give the light 4 rapid clicks, you will see that the light will not turn on until you give it another 4 rapid clicks. The overall functionality of cycling through the power levels couldn't be any more simplistic.Press & Hold for TURBO.Double Click for last used power setting and then additional single clicks to cycle through power levels - Lo,Med,Hi,TurboTriple Click for STROBE and then one more single click for SOS.Press & Hold 1 seconds from any setting for OFF. I always turn off my light from MED since that it's my most used setting. I no longer have my standard S3 for comparison, but the S3Ti is heavier and perhaps a bit taller. Still about the width of a roll of Life Savers and not much taller than a tube of Chap Stick. Just an all around amazing source of light in such a small package. Clips perfectly in that 5th front denim jeans pocket.
