Everything is great except that the keys from keyboard start to stick. I cleaned it and nothing has spilled !I shopped online and in stores for the perfect laptop for me. While tempted to spend $500-$800 for a fancier laptop at a big box store, I resisted and went with the 2021 Acer Chromebook available here on Amazon. I knew I wanted the larger screen, but also glad I have the numeric keypad off to the right side - I would have really missed it in a smaller screen computer.The only thing I DO miss is a backlit keyboard. It's the one thing I could've spent a little more on to get. Still no regrets though, a table lamp works just fine.II was at first perfectly happy with this chromebook. But then it would not start, despite being plugged in continuously, so not a battery problem. I used another computer to check a Youtube video about this issue with chromebooks, and was able to restart the laptop. But it is a little concerning if this issue crops up again, and at this point...who knows?I use this chromebook to run two different businesses, write books and for my personal day to day stuff. It handles it all very well. My only complaint is that there are little to no choices for hard cases for it or covers and no keyboard cover options. I had to buy a keyboard cover for a different computer and cut it to fit. I wish this computer had accessories. Other than that, it is amazing.I really love this Chromebook for the price it's outstanding! I can do most of my work on it. I would say that some employers don't like using Chromebooks. It's something I've run into as a freelancer. However, if it's for personal use or if you're a student, it works great! Good battery life and lightweight which as a student goes a long way! I love this computer so much I'll be getting one for my mom for her Birthday :)Needed a 2nd computer for the kiddos for homeschool. After much research I chose this one. It did not disappoint. The battery lasts several days and charges quickly. Very fast and does what we need it too. Really like the seperate number pad. This is the 2nd Acer Chromebook we have purchased and are very happy with them. This one is lightweight and comes with it's own zippered case for easy, safe storage. Great price, definitely worth it. Highly recommend.I bought this to replace the tiny school district issued Chromebook for my daughter. Since she has been strictly in on-line school for the past year, she has been getting headaches and complaining about her vision. This has been a very nice upgrade with a much bigger screen and full-size keyboard. Overnight her headaches are gone and her grades have drastically improved.It’s kinda complicated to work if you don’t know to much about chrome and there is limited access to a lot of stuff.
