I bought 2 of these to use with my brand new PC build. Neither of them work. On the first one, even if I can get any USB device (external drive, memory stick) to connect (which works around 33% of the time), it stalls when starting to copy files over. It stops at 3% every time.The second one doesn't do anything at all. Just glows blue. I am using quality USB gen 3.1 10gbps cables. I've now tried 4 other sets of USB gen 3.1 cables (2 of the were 5gbps cables) and get the same results with all of them. I can use the cables with other devices so I know the cables are good.The power they are plugged into is a APC P11U2 surge protected power bar with 2 USB power ports with 2.4A (So good quality power bar). Again I can use the cables to charge and power other devices. At this time my disappointment is palpable with these.
