I wanted to add a product review having seen terrible reviews for this product before I risked buying it. I trust the Lindy brand so was surprised by the one star reviews.All I can say is that it works perfectly out of the box for my application, as follows.I wanted to connect a nice microphone (Deity D3 Pro) that I have for my DSLR, direct to my laptop for Zoom calls. My laptop only had USBC ports.This Lindy device does the job. The mic is TRRS minijack and you plug that firmly into the adapter. Switch on the battery powered microphone. And Bob’s your uncle!
