My Laptop arrived on time. The product looked like new. Very clean no scratches and booted up with no issues what so ever. For the price I see it as a very good deal. If I had to add any negative input to add So far I would have to be petty and dig deep one minor issue with the little rubber boot that covers the keyboard mouse, its constantly coming off the peg. Here's a hint to whoever is in charge of the little rubber mouse boots. The rubber part has a square opening and the plastic piece on the keyboard that it covers is round. Trying to put a round peg into a square hole. Doesn't usually make an easy fit. . To sum this rating up I give this product, the techs the sellers 5 stars all the way. I highly recomrnd buying this laptop great deal
